Dreaming of a network of interconnected local communities

Welcome to Coming Together, a short monthly blurb where I’ll share some thoughts and insights into the goings-on of local bating communities. 

I dream of a network of interconnected local communities. 

Every city has a distinct soul, its energy. I want to visit my bate buddies and experience their unique version of bate communion. After we finished work on Bator Sex, I’ve been trying to help kickstart bate event initiatives in different cities (and organizing Copes i Bastos in Barcelona). (I have my reasons). Steve gets it, he’s been extremely supportive in these efforts. When he asked me to write a little ongoing column about in-person bate community I couldn’t say no. 

So, on to the headlines!

To begin, I’m very thrilled to announce:

The very first Berlin Bators is happening Saturday, September 5th.

London. (Bator Bro) is holding its first nighttime social Handshakes on August 20th. 

Barcelona. (Copes i Bastos) is holding a social “Cups Sans Wands” on August 5th.

Paris. (Paris Jacks) is on a break for now, but they *are* running their (Apéro Poto) social on September 9th.

Belfast. (Belfast Bators) are next meeting Sunday, August 9th.

Manchester. (Manchester Jacks) is usually the last Sunday of each month. August date TBD, reach out to @Ulysees61 on Telegram if you’re interested.

Milan. (Qua La Mano) is on a summer hiatus. 

As for weekly jack-off clubs, Amsterdam has Willy Wankers every friday at (Free Willie), London has LJOC every Monday at (Bunker Bar). Madrid has (Pajas Entre Colegas) a couple times a week, but I don’t know much about that one.
